Love the Earth Music Festival 2019

Mark your calendar for April 20-21, when you can check out some of region’s most-talented musicians performing at the inaugural Love the Earth Music Fest at the Saluda River Yacht Club.

The Love the Earth Music Fest will feature live music, art and food from the Upstate and Western North Carolina. Vendors and various organizations will be on site with items for sale and educational materials.
Alcoholic beverages may be purchased at the Saluda River Yacht Club bar, so organizers ask that attendees leave the coolers at home and support the local business. Pets are allowed, but they must be leashed at all times and waste must be disposed of properly and promptly.
Fires are not permitted aside from a designated fire pit located on the property, and bonfires are planned for both nights of the festival. Camping is available on Saturday only.
The event is for ages 21 and up.
A portion of the proceeds from the fest will go to Save Our Saluda, a volunteer nonprofit organization that works to protect and restore the Upper Saluda Watershed. For more information, please visit www.saveoursaluda.org.

More than 18 bands have been confirmed for the event, meaning there will be two days of nearly continuous music. The lineup includes:
Auragami – Festival hosts and eclectic jam band from Greenville (http://auragamiband.com)
My Girl, My Whiskey, and Me – Bluegrass from the Upstate (http://www.mygirlmywhiskeyandme.com)

Parking for the event will be offsite at 1442 Old Easley Highway, Greenville. A shuttle will run to and from the festival in 30-minute intervals from 8 a.m. to noon, and on the hour for the remainder of the day on Saturday and Sunday. Carpooling is recommended to maximize parking and reduce the need for an overflow parking lot.

Tickets are $25 for a full two-day pass with camping. Individual tickets for Saturday and Sunday are also available, along with two-day passes without camping.
